Gel blaster servicing
Drop it off on a Wednesday. Collect it on a Saturday.
By text and email, with an approve or decline link. Nothing is repaired until you approve it.
We service gel blasters on site at Twin Waters, on two days a week. Everything comes in on a Wednesday and goes out on a Saturday, both 10am to 3pm.
In between, the job runs by text and email. Your quote, your approval and your ready message all land on your phone, so there is nothing to ring up and chase. If you would rather speak to someone, the number in the panel is answered.
Nothing is repaired without your written approval, and the balance is paid when you collect.
Five steps, start to finish.
- 1Book your Wednesday and pay the $80
Pick one of the next four Wednesdays, confirm you are 18 or over and sign the service agreement on screen. We email you a copy of exactly what you signed.
- 2Drop it in between 10am and 3pm
Bring the blaster in a closed bag or case with the gel balls removed. Bring the battery and charger too if it is a power or charging fault. We tag it, photograph it and give you a booking code.
- 3We inspect it and send you a quote
Within 48 hours you get a quote by text and email with an approve or decline link. It shows the repair total, the $15 that comes off and what is left to pay at pick-up.
- 4You approve it, we fix it
Approve and the work goes ahead, finished with a test fire before we call it done. Decline and that is fine - your blaster is ready to collect, untouched.
- 5Collect on a Saturday, 10am to 3pm
We message you the moment it is ready. Pay the balance online beforehand or by card at the counter. We hand it back to the person who booked it, on their booking code.
The bits people ask about.
- What the $80 coversA full inspection and a written quote. It is separate from the repair price and is not refunded, because the inspection happens either way. If you go ahead, $15 comes off the repair price.
- If you cannot make your WednesdayMove it free of charge any time before the day. If the day passes and we have not seen you, your $80 is held as credit for 7 days so you can rebook.
- If you do not answer the quoteWe send a reminder after 3 days. If we have still not heard from you 7 days after the quote went out we treat it as declined, and the blaster is ready to collect unrepaired.
- Storage once it is readyThe first 14 days are free, counted from the day we message you. After that it is $20 per week or part week, capped at $200. We remind you at day 7 and day 13.
- What to bring on the dayThe blaster in a closed bag or case with the gel balls removed, the battery and charger if it is a power fault, and photo ID showing you are 18 or over.
- Who we hand it back toOnly the person who made the booking, with their booking code, and only once the balance is paid. If someone else is collecting, tell us in writing before Saturday.
- All of it on one pagePrintable summary of how servicing works, the same wording as the agreement you sign. Download the PDF.
