Every event has the same two beverage moments: the one at nine in the morning when nobody has had coffee yet, and the one at five in the afternoon when everybody wants a drink. We cover both out of the same vehicle, delivered to wherever your event is happening.

The vehicle is a 1996 Perentie Land Rover - six wheels, built for the Australian Army, converted and running on solar. People photograph it before they order from it, which is roughly half the reason to hire it. The other half is that it works: proper barista coffee from a commercial setup, or up to four taps pouring beer, spirits and soft drinks, or both across a day that starts with a flat white and ends somewhere else entirely.

It is fully self-contained, so there is no site prep to organise and nothing for your venue to supply. That is what makes it as useful at a wedding on a bare paddock as it is at a conference centre or a school fete.

It travels to our own sites too. The coffee van runs alongside corporate team building days at Twin Waters, and the bar serves weddings and events on the lawns at Tuchekoi.

Mobile beverage catering FAQ

What areas do you service for mobile coffee and bar hire?
Mobile coffee cart and mobile bar catering across the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Maroochydore, Caloundra, Gympie, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the surrounding South East Queensland region. Travel charges may apply beyond a set radius - tell us your location and we will include it in the quote.
Do I need to supply power or water?
No. The vehicle is fully self-contained and solar-powered, with an onboard water supply, which is why it works at rural and private-property venues with nothing on site. For very large events, ask us about water capacity.
Are your bartenders and baristas certified?
Coffee is served by trained baristas. Tell us your venue and date and we will confirm the staffing and licensing that applies to your event.
Can you serve alcohol at our venue?
Talk to us about your venue and date. Licensing depends on the site and the event, so we confirm what is possible for your booking before you commit to anything.
Can we hire it alongside a team-building or party package?
Yes. The coffee configuration can be added to any event at our Twin Waters base, to a booking at our Tuchekoi property, or delivered to an external venue. Note that XperiencesHQ at Twin Waters is an alcohol-free site, so the bar configuration runs at other venues only.
Can it run as coffee in the morning and a bar in the evening?
Yes - that is the full-day dual service option, and it is the most common booking for conferences and all-day weddings. One vehicle, one booking, no changeover to manage.

As early as you can. Wedding season and the corporate Christmas party period are the two that fill first.
