The Outpost is the only space on the property where you cannot see or hear the rest of it. That is the whole point. Bushland screens it on every side, there is no built structure in the frame, and the ground is natural rather than mown - so a program set here feels genuinely remote about ninety seconds after people arrive.

It is the space Xperiences uses for facilitated work: team-building, leadership and survival-style programs, bushcraft, and the immersive scenario formats the business was built on. It also works for brand activations and film that need to look like nowhere near a road.

There is no power here by design. Anything that needs it comes in with you, or the program is built to run without it - which, for most of what happens out here, is the better version anyway.

Before you enquire

Do you run the activities, or do we bring our own?
Either. Xperiences has been running facilitated outdoor programs for years and can design and run the day for you, or you can hire the space and bring your own facilitators.
What is the maximum group size?
Around 80 for activity-based work on the indicative figures. Larger groups usually split and rotate between the Outpost and another space, which works better anyway.
Is there shelter if the weather turns?
Not at the Outpost itself - it is an open clearing. The Barn Inn, near the central hub, is the covered fallback.
How do we get equipment out there?
There is vehicle access to every area of the property, including the Outpost. Tell us what you need to bring and we will confirm how it gets there.
