Who you are booking with

Xperiences is operated by Xperiences-HQ Pty Ltd, ABN 33 653 314 713. Our base is XperiencesHQ, inside Twin Waters Resort on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Online bookings are taken through FareHarbor, which charges an online booking fee. The prices on this website for anything you can book online already include that fee - the price shown is the total you pay at checkout. Bookings made by phone directly with us do not attract the online booking fee, so they cost slightly less.

Optional extras (cammo hire, bandanas, drinks, extra ammunition) are priced separately and are only charged if you choose them.

Group prices for four and for ten players are one booking, made and paid for by one person. Individual bookings cannot be combined to reach a group price.

Payment

Full payment is taken when you book. We do not take deposits, and there is no payment on the day.

Cancelling or changing a booking

Each activity carries one of two cancellation schedules. The schedule that applies is shown again when you book.

72-hour schedule - archery, axe throwing, the Axe & Archery Combo and the Throwdown sessions: full refund or free reschedule up to 72 hours before your start time. Inside 72 hours, the booking is non-refundable. A booking made inside 72 hours is non-refundable once paid.

10-day schedule - gel blasting, paintball, kids' parties, the bucks half day, the Mega Combo and the school-holiday program: full refund or free reschedule 10 or more days out; 50% refund 5 to 9 days out; inside 5 days, non-refundable.

Under both schedules: you can change participant numbers up to 7 days before; no-shows are non-refundable; if you arrive late, the missed time cannot be added back.

If we cancel for weather, safety or operational reasons, you choose between a full refund and a free reschedule.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. They must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for any purpose we have agreed, and be delivered within a reasonable time. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy.

Nothing in these terms - including the cancellation schedules above - excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

On the day

Minimum ages: archery 8, axe throwing 12, paintball 15. Gel blasting and kids' parties are all ages.

Enclosed shoes are required for every activity, and staff safety instructions must be followed on the field and range.

Paintball play ends when your paintballs run out. Session lengths given for paintball are a guide, not a guarantee.
